파인택스 U(이하 “서비스”)는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다루며, 아래와 같이 수집·이용·보관합니다. 이 방침은 서비스 운영자가 직접 정하는 문서이므로, 실제 운영 내용과 다른 부분은 운영자가 고쳐 주세요.

이 페이지에는 한국어와 영어 문면이 함께 실려 있습니다. 운영자는 쓰지 않는 언어의 문면을 이 문단째로 지워 주세요.

1. 수집하는 항목

• 회원가입 시: 이메일 주소, 표시 이름, 비밀번호(복원 불가능한 형태로 저장)
• 서비스 이용 중: 이용자가 직접 작성해 올린 글·댓글·대화 내용, 작성 시각
• 자동 수집: 접속 시각과 접속 기록(서비스 안정성 확인 목적)

2. 이용 목적

• 회원 식별과 로그인 유지
• 이용자가 올린 내용의 저장·표시
• 부정 이용 확인과 서비스 안정적 운영

3. 보관 기간

회원이 탈퇴하면 그 회원의 정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다. 관계 법령에 따라 보존해야 하는 정보는 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다.

서비스를 종료하면 데이터가 곧바로 사라지지는 않습니다. 서비스가 쓰는 백엔드에 일정 기간 남아 있다가 파기되며, 그 사이에 운영자가 데이터를 내보낼 수 있습니다. 유예 기간은 운영자가 이 문장에 직접 적어 주세요.

4. 제3자 제공

이용자의 동의 없이 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

5. 처리 위탁

서비스 운영에 필요한 서버 운영과 데이터 보관을 주식회사 수퍼브투데이(Idea2App)에 위탁하고 있습니다. 위탁 업무의 범위는 서비스 운영에 필요한 최소한으로 한정합니다.

주식회사 수퍼브투데이는 비밀번호 재설정 메일 발송을 Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend, 미국)에 다시 위탁합니다. 이때 이용자의 이메일 주소와 전송 상태가 미국으로 이전되어 전송 확인 목적으로 기본 30일 보관됩니다. 이전을 거부하려면 아래 문의처로 알려 주세요. 거부하면 비밀번호 재설정 메일을 받을 수 없습니다.

6. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보를 열람·수정·삭제하거나 회원 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청은 아래 문의처로 보내 주세요.

Privacy Policy

파인택스 U (FineTaxU, “the Service”) treats your personal information with care and collects, uses and stores it as set out below. This policy is written by the operator of the Service, so please correct anything that does not match how you actually run it.

This page carries both a Korean and an English version. Operator: please delete the version you do not use, paragraph and all.

1. What we collect

• When you sign up: your email address, your display name and your password (stored in a form that cannot be reversed)
• While you use the Service: the posts, comments and messages you write, and when you wrote them
• Collected automatically: sign-in times and access records, to keep the Service running reliably

2. Why we use it

• To identify you and keep you signed in
• To store and display what you post
• To detect abuse and keep the Service running

3. How long we keep it

When you delete your account we erase your information without delay. Where the law requires us to retain something, we keep it for the period the law sets.

When the Service shuts down the data does not disappear at once. It stays on the backend the Service runs on for a grace period and is then destroyed, and during that window the operator can export it. Operator: please write the length of that grace period into this sentence.

4. Sharing with others

We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

5. Processing carried out for us

We use SUPERB TODAY Co., Ltd. (Idea2App) to run the servers and store the data this Service needs. That work is limited to what running the Service requires.

SUPERB TODAY Co., Ltd. in turn uses Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend, United States) to send password reset email. Your email address and the delivery status are transferred to the United States and kept there for 30 days by default to confirm delivery. To refuse this transfer, write to the contact below. If you refuse it, password reset email will not reach you.

6. Your rights

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to close your account. Send your request to the contact below.
